Cort and Fatboy Podcast: 100% backed up
Cort and Fatboy Interviews: 100% backed up George W Bush Boy President: 100% backed up Viva La Luna: 100% We Care A Lot: 0% Rick Emerson Podcast: 0%? Musicology: 100% CBS Radio Theater: 100% I have the C&FB Interviews on there, I can see that BigJ is uploading 07 as I type this, and once I get a few things done IRL I'll upload the GWB:BP, tag those, as well as tag the interviews. I know I'm a broken record about this, but thanks everyone for your help.

Just finished uploading CBS Radio Theater. I had to do quite a bit of editing ID3 tags. It was quite humorous when several episodes were completely tagged incorrectly. I played each file to make sure they were not accidental clones so it should be all set. Musicology isn't uploaded yet, but I'm editing the ID tags right now.

I spent several hours yesterday downloading all of Cort and Fatty... I just got the dates, no descriptions.. I really don't know how I'd go about uploading them..
There is an Emerson Podcast from 10-15-07 to 1-16-09 in condensed form (1 file per show) that will continue to remain on iTunes since a listener uploaded them, so don't bother downloading those ones. |

Chris H, what episodes of C&FB do you have? We need the whole year of 08. I have 09 and BigJ has 07. If that is what you have I'll hook you up with a FTP account.
I'll get those episodes off of iTunes and upload them so we have everything in one place. |

Super easy to back them up yourself. Just make sure you have 17.2GB of space free.
Use Firefox and install the DownThemAll extension: http://www.downthemall.net/ Visit http://www.kufo.com/Cort---Fatboy---The-Show/186451 and run DTM. You'll want to filter for "http://www.kufo.com/episode_download.php?contentType=36&contentId=". It'll find 676 files, but 92 of them are 404 (not on the server) leaving you with 584 podcasts. Took me about 12 hours to download on my relatively slow connection (400KB/sec). |

Sometimes you have to make multiple attempts to download the file. Find out which ones and go get 'em manually.

OK so I've downloaded what I can automatically from '08, and am currently going through and manually downloading the ones that seem broken, but if you click enough times aren't, just so everyone knows that I am working on it.

Sorry for the double post, but I officially have downloaded all of the podcasts from '08. Will begin to upload once I get my password for the FTP server and once I rename all the files (which will go quickly).

As soon as Prodigy gets back on, all the Emerson podcasts need to be accounted for. Everything up to early 2009 is taken care of. Just need to make sure the rest is done before taking a breather. Then again, I took a nap and the world didn't end yet. I mean judging by my imaginary watch, we should have at least 1 day, 12 hours, and 53..no 52...51?, jesus christ monkey balls! the timer just won't stop! It just keeps going down! WARGARBLE!!!

Friday - Cort and Fatboy are officially "let go" from KUFO. The end of that same weekend - EVERY episode of the Cort and Fatboy Show has been downloaded from the site and is currently in the process of re-uploading to it's new temp home. Currently in the process of uploading the '08 podcasts, should be up before too long. Make sure to let me know if there are any issues. If you want, I can work on getting all the show descriptions for '07 and send you them in a text file. It'll take a long time since plenty of descriptions are cut off and I would have to copy those descriptions from the KUFO player that pops up when you click on "Play".
